About

Scheduling built for operations that don't fit the template.

Slotly exists because the gap between "simple booking tools" and "full enterprise CRM" is where most real service businesses actually live — and that gap has been ignored for too long.

Schedulers were designed for the simplest case: one person, one calendar, one type of booking. Most haven't moved far from that idea. Real service operations — childcare settings, recruitment firms, care providers, legal practices — have capacity rules that change by day, staff who need to be assigned based on skills or region, multi-step intake flows, and compliance registers that need to be maintained.

The result is operators duct-taping Google Calendar, a spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group, and a shared inbox together and calling it a system. It works until it doesn't. When it stops working, it's a missed appointment, a safeguarding gap, or a client lost.

Slotly is built for those operators.

A note on where we are

Slotly is being built carefully and deliberately. I'm working with a small group of real service operators — running pilots, understanding edge cases, building features that earn their place in the product.

The product isn't publicly available yet. What's here is an honest account of what Slotly is, what it's being built to do, and who it's being built for. If your operation has a scheduling problem that nothing else has solved cleanly — I'd like to hear about it.

Early conversations directly shape the roadmap. There's no pitch, no demo pressure — just a conversation about your operation.

How we build

01

Built from real operations

Every feature in Slotly has been shaped by a real organisation with a real problem. We run pilots before we build — not the other way around. The product exists because of conversations with operators, not despite them.

02

No CRM, no bloat

Scheduling tools have spent years drifting toward CRM territory. We went the other direction — deep scheduling logic, nothing else. Operators shouldn't need to buy a platform built for enterprise sales teams just to manage how their service runs.

03

The operator is the expert

You know how your operation runs. Slotly holds that logic and executes it. We don't prescribe a workflow — we reflect yours. The configuration is yours. The rules are yours. We just make sure they execute reliably.

04

Depth without overhead

Getting live with Slotly doesn't require an implementation project. Slotly Shop deploys your workflow as hosted touchpoints — booking flows, intake forms, registers — with minimal setup. The SDK is there when you need full control. Either way, you're operational quickly.

Pilots active

Current pilots include a childcare setting, a regional recruitment firm, and several professional services and field services operations in discussion.

Each one is shaping a different part of the product.
