Slotly is a scheduling platform built for real-world service operations. We are currently in Private Beta. References to "Slotly", "we", "us", or "our" in this policy refer to the Slotly team.
When you interact with Slotly — including submitting forms, applying for beta access, or requesting a demo — we may collect your name, email address, organisation name, and any information you choose to provide. If you have consented to analytics, we collect anonymised usage data (pages visited, session duration) to help us improve the product. We do not collect payment information at this stage.
We use the information you provide solely to communicate with you about Slotly, process your beta application, and improve the product. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
We use Tally (tally.so) to collect form responses. Tally's own privacy policy governs data handled through their platform. If you have opted in to analytics, we use privacy-respecting, anonymised analytics tooling — no personally identifiable information is transmitted.
We retain your contact information for as long as it is necessary to communicate with you about Slotly. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us directly. We will respond within 30 days.
We use a single functional cookie to remember your analytics consent preference. No tracking or advertising cookies are set without your explicit consent.
As Slotly moves from Private Beta toward general availability, this policy will be updated to reflect our full data practices. We will notify beta members of any material changes.
