Last updated: March 2026. These terms apply to the Slotly Private Beta.
Slotly is currently in Private Beta. By applying for or receiving access to Slotly, you acknowledge that the product is under active development. Features may change, be removed, or behave unexpectedly. We will communicate significant changes to beta participants directly.
You may use Slotly solely for lawful purposes related to your service operation. You may not use Slotly to process data you do not have the right to use, to circumvent safeguarding or compliance obligations, or in any manner that violates applicable law. Misuse of the platform may result in access being revoked.
You retain ownership of all data you input into Slotly. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your operational data, client records, or configuration. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.
Slotly, including its name, branding, design, and underlying software, is the intellectual property of the Slotly team. Beta access does not grant you any licence to copy, reproduce, or redistribute the platform or its components. Feedback you provide during the beta period may be used by us to improve the product without obligation to you.
During the Private Beta, Slotly is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees of uptime, data integrity, or fitness for a particular purpose. You should not rely solely on Slotly for any safety-critical or compliance-critical function without maintaining appropriate independent records.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slotly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform during the beta period. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Slotly in the twelve months preceding the claim — which for beta users is nil.
If you operate in a regulated sector — such as childcare, healthcare, or social care — you are responsible for ensuring that your use of Slotly complies with your sector's safeguarding and regulatory requirements. Slotly does not replace the need for your own governance processes.
We may update these terms as Slotly moves toward general availability. We will notify beta members of material changes in advance. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of Slotly shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you have questions about these terms or your use of the platform, please get in touch via our contact form. We're a small team and we respond to everything.
